And he never made a move. and now school is almost over and i feel like i spent all year on him. i feel like he irgnores me now. what did i do wrong? and like every time i go over to him his friends look at me like iam not good enough or something. should i move on?

Seriously, do you want a guy who can't make a move? What does that say about him? By flirting, you gave him the green light. He should not have any fear of rejection, so there is no reason why he can't make a move. I say try to stop pursuing him now, and by the next school year you will be over him. Who knows, there might be another guy who has been interested in you all this time that you didn't notice because all your attention was on this guy. It will be a lesson learned once he sees you with someone else.
