Especially when he jogs to boating school with both of his arms downward. We all know what happens when he gets there.
So, why does he always say it? |

Because SpongeBob is an optimist. He sees each day as a new beginning and is ready to take on any challenge even if it means failing, he never gives up and finds the bright side of this... in a way this should really be an example of troubled people... I SALUTE YOU MR. SQUAREPANTS!
